gimme a job man

I had my first 2 interviews (with actual companies as opposed to agencies) today.
i want that first job damnit.
i even went out for coffee with Linz last night and we ran through some behavioural questions.
it's funny that all the HR people that i've me with are women and the IT guys are - well - guys.
