other people's blog crap

somebody at work was talking about somebody else's blog at work.
either you have a really good front or you really are inoffensive and boring that you can tell people shit about yourself.
i get to see the shrink tomorrow about my ADD.
i'm on my second day of South Beach and it was pretty easy up until Michael and I started watching Dexter at the time we usually go to bed. then i dyed my hair. now i've realized i haven't eaten anything in 7 hours.
stomach: 'fuck i'm hungry.'
brain: 'well maybe you can live off your muffin tops'.
