happy 2008

we went to a hot tub party last night. it's awesome sitting in the tub with all the steam rising up because the hot tub was set up in this couple's garage and it was about -10 degrees out. but it's totally horrid when you're getting out, drunk and uncoordinated and hit your head on the garage door opener thing.
but it gets better when you get inside and put on your comfy pajamas and have fondue (dark chocolate, white chocolate, and caramel) then get in a warm cuddle puddle on the couch.
then it sucks again when your severly inebriated friend yells,
"this is horrible! why isn't anyone in the hot tub?!" then y'all have to get back into your now wet, cold hot tub attire but then everyone is drunker this time and 2 girls end up topless while others get paranoid about the PH levels of the water.

i wonder how many new years eve's parties end up with people missing the countdown to due extreme drunkeness. we had to restart it at 12:04.

as per usual, Michael and i end up glued to each others faces for 4 hours in the kitchen.
