coke machine tactic

stop me if i'm repeating myself.

Breaking up with someone is like knocking over a coke machine.
You gotta rock it back and forth a few times before it actually goes over.
and if you think that 'needing space' is a stupid reason to break up with someone.
It is.
they don't like you anymore.
they're just going to hang around for a bit until they can break away clean.
with the excuse of 'not hurting your feelings'.
but more like preferably finding someone else to hang with first so there isn't a gap in the 'action' schedule.
